bent over backwards for me, from all my calls to questions to be accommodating and always with the most caring and warm hearts! They worked with me so much! The best managers and I looked at tons and they were by far the best! The apartment complex is super pretty and the cutest apartments! Super clean! and affordable! Even though I didn't get one this time, (only because I wanted a downstairs) I'm sad about it! I FOR SURE will be going here if I ever need one in the future! Hands down the best service and prettiest apartments in Escondido!

at Woodlake has always been kind, respectful, and prompt. Brittany in management is always so helpful and ready to answer any question. Mike in maintenance always does an excellent job with any request. The complex is quiet and the residents are always kind. My pug loves his morning and afternoon walks around the community. He as well is very comfortable in the studio. It’s spacious and I adore the walk in closet. I’ve lived in a studio apartment before and it was nothing compared to this. It’s even comfortable to have a guest or 2 over. Thank you Woodlake for making my apartment my home. I’m happy to continue making it mine.

and it has been a great experience. Everyone in the office is very responsive and friendly. Mike in maintenance is exceptional! He responds very fast and takes care of any problems pretty much immediately. The apartment looks great too! I've lived in a few apartment complexes before and Woodlake is definitely one of the best.

Great Place to Live!
I moved into Woodlake apartments about a month ago and I could not be happier! The leasing office staff have been friendly ... and helpful since day one and are always very responsive to my questions. Mike, in maintenance, is amazing! He is so quick to respond to a request (even low priority ones) and is always very friendly. The apartments themselves are always very clean and the neighbors are friendly. There is some noise from residents and people who live across the street every now and then but that is typically expected no matter where you live. The noise is probably less here than some other places I have lived. I also feel very safe here and have really enjoyed driving around the community.
